To celebrate my upcoming birthday, I brewed a drinkable English Pale Ale to accompany a day of smoking a little pig. Because I deserve it, I added an extra 1.58 IBUs to this milestone birthday beer.
I tasted it last night, and I am happy. Since I share a birthday with my firstborn, we also made a batch of Ginger Ale. Also happy. Look out, piggy!
